to the new SKA website where you can obtain the most current
news, events,
information about one of the best Karate clubs in Singapore.
If you are new to the site and to the club, why don't you
have a browse around and come join us in training. Whether
you are a complete novice, senior, non-Karate stylist, we
welcome you to come train with us and contribute to the
knowledge of martial arts and to the club.
Remember to update your subscriptions book within the 1st week of each calendar month.
SKA is a non-profit organization where the instructors teach because of their love of Karate and on their own time. We seek your support and co-operation to pay your dues within the first week of each calendar month. Remember, it is your contributions and subscriptions that have enabled us to upkeep the Dojo, and the equipment and facilities all these years. Together we can keep the Dojo going for the next generation and beyond. |
Three Cheers for Team SKA
Yes, SKA has done it yet again!
Our 50-strong squad walked away with 14 gold, 9 silvers & 16 bronzes medals in the 1st Invitational Championships organised by the Karatedo Union of Singapore (KUS) on 18 Apr ’10 at the Delta Sports Complex.
The dedicated effort of the instructors and many hours of tough training paid off for SKA, as our players confidently pitted their skills against some of the best karate players from Singapore and the region.
Next up will be the 12th APSKF Championships in Jakarta , Indonesia from 30 Jun to 4 July ‘10. This is where the cream of Asia-Pacific’s Shitoryu karatedo practitioners will lock horns.
SKA has always turned up good performances at the APSKF Championships, and we intend this tournament to be the same.
